Magic
Vector gives off a faint sense of magic, but it's purely untrained and has never manifested. For those who can sense deeper, he has a sealed card - Numbers 65 - within him, and that card is a living fragment of power. It's one of the seven Mythyrian Numbers that were once used to seal the god of the Barian World. Other than that, though, there is nothing worthy of note.

Mental
There are no psychic barriers here, beyond any natural ones that all humans have. Vector's mind is an open book, and he has a lot of things hidden within it that he doesn't show easily. He carries with him a great deal of worries and hopes; regret at his father's warmongering; love for his parents, but primarily staggered towards his mother; pain from his father's verbal abuse towards him; secret but low levels of resentment towards said father; love for his kingdom. However, he does not have the mental fortitude to resist brainwashing (and likely does not even know that brainwashing exists), mindreading (ditto), and other psychic attacks. He has the potential for madness and violence buried deep within him, but under normal circumstances, it would never show itself. It would require severe mental trauma or brainwashing.

Soul
For those who can see or sense souls, Vector's soul is quite an innocent one. There is some wickedness within it, as with all people, but for the most part he is untarnished by the realities of the world.³

Medical
There's not much to note here. He's got no diseases or serious injuries. X-rays will show some healed breakages from previous injuries obtained while training, mostly focused on his left leg and right arm, with a healed fracture to the upper left arm. His blood-type is A. He has a high level of pain tolerance, and good living conditions coupled with regular physical training have resulted in a strong body that can handle a fair amount of abuse. He has no family history of any serious physical conditions, but on the mental health side there is a predisposition towards violent tendencies and homicidal madness.

2. His canon height is 5'2 as Rei/Vector, but considering the difference in build between them, Prince Vector is standing a bit taller.
